Tuc Craft Kitchen is a restaurant in Gastown which serves brunch every weekend. This is one of the best in the city. The place itself is very nice. The decor is very chic with a rustic theme made of wood, lanterns, rope and steel.

Concerning the menu, the first part is mains with waffles, gauffres and more original dishes like the okonomiyaki, cabane à sucre or the elevated diner. The second part is for smaller meals like crispy bacon&eggs, pork belly or granola&fruit. To accompany these delicious meals you can choose between some morning cocktails, some juices or some hot drinks.
